Rob has a particular specialism in all forms of corporate transactions and can offer a wide range of commercial experience in advising on tax efficient acquisitions, disposals or restructuring. Rob took the decision to set up Integrity so that he could return to what he does best, which is providing a bespoke personal service to local businesses in East Anglia. By setting up Integrity, Rob has also been able to act on a genuine desire to do business in an ethical and moral way, which is based on his Christian faith. As part of this family-run business, Rob is supported by his wife, Lindsey, who keeps the office running on a day-to-day basis and assists with tax and accounting compliance matters.
