Meet the Team
Rob Southgate
FCA, CTA – Rob formed Integrity Tax & Accountancy Solutions Limited in 2009 following 15 years in practice most of which was with Grant Thornton. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor specialising in all areas of tax advice for owner managed businesses and high net worth individuals.

He enjoys time with the family and an occasional round of golf or getting out of the office where he can. He lives in Suffolk with a small holding of a variety of animals attempting to live the ‘good life’.
Katie Smith
Katie is qualified AAT, she previously worked in industry before joining Integrity in 2020, looking after bookkeeping, payroll and accounts preparation/compliance .
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with Family & friends, Horse riding and Fight Klub!
Lindsey Southgate
Lindsey keeps the office running on a day to day basis as well as assisting with tax and accounting compliance matters.

Lindsey enjoys entertaining friends and family and is also very active in a local church and a Christian charity
Olivia Southgate
Olivia does the administration for Integrity ensuring we are organised and our client info is up to date.
